How partner rewards work
When does credit arrive?
Credit posts after payment is confirmed and your account reaches 20, 50, or 100 qualifying sheets in a calendar month. Each higher tier recalculates the eligible purchases in that month and adds only the additional credit owed. Month boundaries use Los Angeles time.
Which purchases qualify?
Approved bakery accounts earn rewards on standard 8.5 × 11 inch frosting sheet options in Custom Edible Frosting/Icing Sheets and Edible Custom Cake Toppers. Purchases must be made while signed in after approval. Other sizes, specialty designs, custom quotes, shipping, and design services do not qualify.
Can I use credit and keep earning?
Store credit can pay for merchandise across the website, including partner orders and eligible custom payment links. Shipping is paid separately. The portion paid with store credit earns no additional reward; fully credit-funded merchandise does not count toward volume goals.
What about refunds and cancelled orders?
Cancelled, refunded, partially refunded, and disputed orders are excluded from rewards. This may lower the monthly tier and reverse previously earned credit. If that credit has already been used, future credits offset the adjustment. A full refund restores the store credit used on the order; card payments are refunded through the original payment processor.
Does store credit expire?
Store credit has no expiration or monthly fee. It stays with your signed-in account and is applied only when you select it at checkout. Credit from an abandoned checkout is held until the payment session expires; refresh your account to release it.
How do I order other sizes?
Use the partner catalog for round prints and precut toppers at their current prices, or contact us for a separate quote. Production and shipping estimates are shown before payment.
